Rigid Body Constraints
The Rigid Body Constraints project in Software Technology at Full Sail University consists of applying a constraint of any kind to geometry in Houdini and having it interact with other geometry, in this case, a sphere. I chose to use a hinge constraint that acts as a door hinge that is opened by the sphere rolling down a ramp and hitting some dominoes.
Vehicle Wall Fracture
This Wall Fracture project was done inside Houdini using a jet I modeled myself in Autodesk Softimage. For this project in my Software Technology class, we were to take our previously modeled vehicle and have it smash through a wall and interact with the debris as well as animate a camera to follow the vehicle on its path.
